Good news — we’re in‑network with most PPO dental plans. To assist, we offer a Complimentary Benefit Check during your new‑patient phone call to confirm coverage, deductibles, and out‑of‑pocket costs before your visit.
We offer a comprehensive range of dental care including:
• General dentistry (fillings, cleanings, exams, x‑rays)
• Pediatric dentistry
• Cosmetic treatments (veneers, whitening, gummy‑smile laser contouring)
• Orthodontics (braces, clear aligners, retainers)
• Dental implants, crowns, bridges, extractions
• Sedation options and treatment for sleep apnea, night guards, emergency care and more.
Yes — we offer virtual consults for services like orthodontics (clear‑tray aligners) and cosmetic smile makeovers. It’s an easy way to get a treatment estimate, discuss options, and feel confident about the next steps — all from your computer or phone.
Out-of-network means your dentist doesn’t have a set payment deal with your insurance company. You can still go to them, but your insurance might cover less of the cost, so you’ll pay more than you would with an in-network dentist. Sometimes, depending on your plan, your insurance may not pay anything — in that case, you would pay the full amount yourself.
Yes — your new patient forms are available online and can be completed before you arrive, which helps streamline your first visit. Once you’ve submitted paperwork and insurance is verified, it ensures your appointment can start on time and proceed smoothly.
We’re open select days until 7 PM for cleanings, making it easier to fit dental care into your busy schedule—perfect for after school or after work.
Absolutely! We accommodate busy schedules for cleanings after‑school and evening appointments, so you don’t have to miss work or school for dental care.
Your first visit is a 90-minute New Patient Appointment designed for comfort and thorough care. After checking in, you’ll be escorted to a treatment room equipped with TVs, music, and headphones. Dr. Rouse will review your dental and medical history, take any necessary digital X-rays and 3D scans, perform a complete oral exam—sometimes including blood pressure—and then create a personalized treatment plan. We’ll also confirm your insurance benefits, set up touchless payment if applicable, and schedule any needed treatments, which may take place at a separate visit. For extra comfort, our office offers complimentary bottled water and coffee, along with a kids’ game area, treasure chest, and prize wall.
Yes! Our online portal makes submitting paper work and getting an appointment easy.
1. Look for decay between teeth - sometimes it's not visible to the naked eye.
2. Check for bone loss - an xray will show the degree of bone loss associated with bone loss.
3. Check for decay under fillings - an xray is the only way to see this type of decay.
4. Look for infection at the tip of the root - if you have an infection near the bone, an xray will confirm this.
5. Examine the area before procedures - gives dentists a full view of teeth and bone.
